The above is only an offer and we are not holding any booking at this stage, booking would be subject to availability once confirmed by you along with guest details & guarantee to book as per terms and conditions.
All Confirmations are subject to payment Received.
In case if the hotels listed is unavailable, other similar class or upgraded hotel shall be provided.
Once you booked, after any change in the date of travel, amendment/ re-routing of itinerary or change in hotels/room types, the cost will vary accordingly.
If certain sightseeing/excursions/monuments are closed, then an alternate sight-seeing will be arranged.
All hotels Check-in time is 1500hours / Check out time is 1100hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidents that this may incur at the hotel.
Special requests like early check-in, Late Check-out, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms, smoking, non-smoking, views, floors, king, twin, are subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed prior.
The hotel will ask for CC at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for the charge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel and If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.
Vehicle will be for Arrival & Departure transfers and sightseeing mentioned in itinerary only.
Travel Mode – Transportation: If don’t specifically note in the tour itinerary, it normally will be as below:
Sedan for 1-2 persons; 5-7 seat car for 2-5 persons; 10 seat van for 6-8 persons; 18-21 seat bus for 9 to 17 persons; 22-28 seat bus for 18 to 24 persons; 35-45 seat bus for over 25-40 persons;
While traveling from one place to another place of Package tours & Excursions, driver will stop in the midways where you can fresh up and have the snacks etc.
The Above itinerary can be shuffled if cases of change in climatic conditions, natural calamities, Flight schedule change and cancellation, closing of sightseeing for maintenance & public holiday.
Please note that baggage allowance on all domestic flights in India is 15 kgs and one handbag of about 7 kgs each.
Cancellation will be levied on cancellation after the booking is confirmed and in case of No-Show 100% retention is chargeable and No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.
Child 5 years and below sharing with parents will be complimentary.
We, Akbar Travels /Akbar Holidays is not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers take care of their personal belongings.
Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour, will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travellers.
We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussions to none during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone irrespective of their difference.
The Agency is able to handle all complaints of the Tour Operator’s clients only if advised during guest stay. No complains will be handled after clients’ final departure.
Kindly hold valid travel documents & statutory clearances, such as passports, visas and immigration clearance. For instance, Passport must be valid for at least six months subsequent to the scheduled departure date of the tour.
We, Akbar Travels /Akbar Holidays does not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
