The Travel Agent makes every effort to ensure that all services are provided as mentioned in the itinerary. However sometimes due to unforeseen situations, if at all there is any service issue, the Travel Agent will ensure that it resolves the complaint on ground, itself.
The Travel Agent hereby states that all arrangements made for transport, hotel accommodation and for all other services, are made by them as brokers on the express condition that they shall not be made liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or any irregularity, whatsoever and howsoever caused. A twin room may have a configuration of two permanent beds or a double bed with a rollaway or a sofa cum bed in addition. Triple occupancy is on the basis of a double / twin room, sometimes with an additional rollaway or a sofa cum bed for the third person.
SPECIAL REQUESTS :
Specific requests such as interconnecting or adjoining rooms need to be notified as early as possible and in writing. The Travel Agent will forward the request to the Hotel/s concerned. Requests cannot be guaranteed and is strictly based on subject to availability.
